• Tackle stress
Stress is a major reason why many turn to hypnotherapy and Gill, who is also an experienced Relationship Counsellor, has successfully worked with people to overcome both work and home-related stress, including dealing with grief.
As stress adversely affects the immune system, reducing stress can lower people's susceptibility to a range of conditions - from infections to cancer.

Hypnotherapy helps address negative thought patterns.

Gill provides weight loss therapy and is also a licensed practitioner in Hypno-Band - a non-surgical weight loss system which uses hypnotherapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to enable people to eat less because their stomach size feels reduced.
Hypno-Band treatment also involves adhering to an eating plan similar to that prescribed to actual gastric band patients.

Blood pressure has become a major 21st century health concern with one in three UK adults now affected by high blood pressure and around half of these people are unaware of it.
Gill has had specific training in Hypnotension and uses a combination of CBT and coaching. together with hypnotherapy to reduce blood pressure.

I was very sceptical
when I first came to you for Hypno-Band therapy.
Ever since I can remember I have struggled with my weight and I couldn't quite believe that this therapy could possibly work. But six weeks later I am very happy to report that I have lost over two stone and now weigh 16 stone - for the first time in years. When I first came to see you my blood pressure was seriously high - at 175/98. I was very stressed and worried about the health of my unborn baby.
